Currently having Invisalign treatment and I’m very very happy with the results after only 17 weeks. Price was cheaper than I expected and Maria is fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable. She answers all my questions and explains each process along the way. All the staff are friendly and the practice is nice and clean. Can’t recommend enough.
I had a great experience coming for a checkup. Everything went very smoothly, I was admitted within 10mins of coming. Dr Uthman was really nice and so was the polish hygienist :) Although I didn’t have anything done other than the check up, I would definitely recommend this practice from a customer service standpoint.
I left this dentists a while ago, and I am glad i did. Reception staff are really nice and helpful, however I was spoken to rudely by a male member of staff (a dentist i think), after arriving a few minutes late to an appointment. I admit this is my fault entirely for being late, however this seems ironic when every single previous appointment I have attended on time, I have been left sitting in the waiting area for about 20 minutes (without any complaints on my part!). The member of staff spoke to me like I was a child, which was not acceptable. I asked to be removed as a patient the next …
I was worried about going to the dentist as I hadn’t been since I was 11/12 (about 17 years!) and was anxious about getting a lecture, but Uthman didn’t make me feel guilty about it and I feel a lot better having a treatment plan in place for a couple of small issues - now I’m more confident about the dentist and will go regularly without feeling anxious. Thanks guys!
