Shima was exceptionally lovely and she made sure all my concerns were addressed and that I got what I wanted from my treatment. I chose to have my braces treatment done privately at Links Orthodontics, as the NHS waiting times were longer than expected. From the very beginning, the staff guided me through the entire process and made the experience so much smoother over these years. Daughter sent there as NHS patient. Things started well. Staff were friendly and helpful. After about 12/18 months appointment after appointment got cancelled. She went over a year with seeing anyone or having her braces checked. This ruined her teeth. When she was finally seen the dentist was extremely rude and couldn’t wait to get her out the door and off their books. DO NOT USE
