Not sure how this dentist is open, appointments always get cancelled, dental nurse/manager Monica very very rude tells you everything she has going on in her life to justify her bad manner and Steve won’t do work or look at ways at fixing your problem he will just advised to get the tooth taken out. The older receptionist is very rude. My family and I have been visiting this practice for many years, and I have always found her to be unpleasant. I initially brushed it off, thinking she might be having a bad day or that this was simply her way of speaking. However, at times, her choice of words makes it difficult to ignore.
