I was a little disappointed with my recent visit. I arrived 7 minutes late to my appointment, but I had called ahead to inform the receptionist and was told that I should be fine and that the appointment would still go ahead. However, when I arrived, I was then told they couldn’t proceed with fitting my bottom braces. That said, later the same day the manager saw my review and took the time to call me personally. As they have a near monopoly in the area, they can get away with whatever they want. Waited more than 2 and a half years to get braces for my daughter. And even after our dentist had made an "emergency" referral as the situation was getting worse, had to wait 6 months. In the end, had to ring and be really forceful to get my child the care she needed. The staff at reception seem to be complete jobsworths.
