Considering how busy the surgery is the service was excellent. For both check in and follow up reception staff were polite and efficient. I was seen in time and the Dentistt and nurse were polite and engaging. They took the time to explain treatment options and background information. Procedure was completed effectively and results were excellent.

Been there for annual checkup so that my name is not removed from the surgery. Not the most welcoming dental practice. Receptionists could be more welcoming. Appointment was on time, it was ok. Nothing useful or that I needed. Was advised to see the hygienist but they have increased the prices. I don't know about other dental practice but 90 quids seems a lot.

I would highly recommend Smile in Sale. I've been with the practice since I got my adult teeth, many years ago and have always found the staff and service excellent. I've just had a crown fitted by Ruqaiyah which I'm very pleased with and I find her to be always pleasant and friendly, and very good at her job.

I would like to thank Dentist Mei Kwan. She is very professional and explained clearly what’s the problem with my son’s teeth. She also provided very useful advice and options. And the receptionists are all nice and helpful, very patient when I made the next appointment.
