Great experience I had at smile creator. Was in so much pain and worry about my teeth but all thanks to Babak who was the best dentist I have ever had who made my experience a pleasant one. Definitely recommend this amazing dental surgery.
Kind staff and glad to have an NHS dentist. The practice itself really needs a refurb though. Some equipment feels ancient too - plaque removed with a manual hook for example. Finally I am jet to be seen on time of my appointment always about 20 min late, it's okay sometimes but not everytime
I’ve had one of the worst dental experiences of my life at this clinic. Every time I visited, the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional, speaking to me in a way that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I had the same tooth crowned three different times, and every single crown broke after only a few months. Instead of helping me properly, they kept sending me back and forth without giving me a lasting solution. I wasted time, money, and energy here, and I still don’t have a properly fixed tooth. This clinic seriously needs to improve its customer service and the quality …
The most wonderful dentist visiting experience ever! The reception staffs are friendly, welcoming and professional who described my options carefully and clearly. The Dentist also was very welcoming and professional, He was caring and friendly and carefully explained every option for my treatment and also very politely suggested his recommendations on top of that. highly recommend.
