The Courtyard is a highly professional dental practice. The staff are consistent with their efficiency and they all have a caring nature. Harriet did a fantastic job with my brother's acrylic dentures. He has been transformed into the man I knew years ago.
I registered as an NHS Under-18 patient back in June 2025. I explained that I had an issue with my tooth and managed to get an appointment within a few days, even as a new patient. It turned out I had quite a few issues with my teeth that were not picked up by my previous dentist in Great Dunmow. Since June, I have now had 8 appointments, and as someone who used to be an extremely nervous patient, Courtyard and the dentist I see, Katherine Tapp, have made the whole experience so much better. The reception staff were very professional. The dental surgeon and the nursing member were exceptionally kind and made both myself and my wife feel very comfortable. Excellent personal care and help. Would highly recommend this practice
Had an emergency appointment yesterday with Carla, amazing service.. tooth was dead and needed removing, nothing was 2 much trouble, even reduced quoted price as came out easier than she expected.. would highly recommend
