I had not been to the dentist for a while and was very anxious and was quite upset. The lady on reception and the dentist spoke to me and made me feel at ease straight away. I am always anxious about seeing hygenists but this time there was calming music playing and he was so kind and gentle I started to relax quite quickly. When you go in it is a very calm atmosphere and offer you a tea or water. The ladies on reception are lovely. I hope you all stay because I know I won't be anxious the next time I go.
