This was my first visit to this practice as I had recently moved to the area. Although I’m not a fan of visiting the dentist I was suffering with toothache. I can honestly say that the dentist I saw was amazing. He made me feel at ease and after a thorough examination explained simply and clearly what the problem was and what treatment I needed. I definitely will have confidence returning in the future.
Over many years this dental practice has been excellent, keeping my teeth in good health. All the staff are very helpful and effective and explain clearly what they are doing and why. Everything is done in a calm, friendly and professional manner which is very reassuring.
Louisa is my dentist. I was with Louisa when she previously worked at Cambridge. She is so good I chose to follow her to Royston. It's abit of a drive but it's totally worth it. Louise's dentistry is second to none, she is caring and thoughtful when doing any work and always discusses and explains everything thoroughly. A brilliant dentist!!!
I've been going on and off to Market Hill Dentistry. I'm particularly happy with the dentist Taneem. I've had two different NHS dentists being a bit too keen trying to upsell private fillings for situations where there was actually not something going on. This has not been an issue with Taneem, who takes a factual approach, shares and discusses x-rays, explains options and helps decide with possible actions.
