What a wonderful Dental Practice is Bhandal Rowley Regis, based in Throne Road. A delightfully warm and friendly welcome from receptionist Vanessa, a cosy waiting room area with background music and choice of magazine literature and to top it all, a punctual appointment with the delightful Manjit, who, with the assistance of her charming Dental Nurse, attended to my tooth issue with care, speed and efficiency of procedure, resulting in my total dental relief of the problem I had endured for some time. Great experience today! The reception team were friendly and welcoming. Dentist was lovely, made me feel comfortable, and clearly explained all my options after my check-up and X-rays. Highly recommend to family and friends!
Went to the Throne Rd dental practice. As a very nervous patient for years, & having many many bad experiences. This is the best service & experience I have EVER had, & I am 56. The receptionists were extremely polite & welcoming, especially Vanessa. I was then greeted by the dental nurse assistant, who was lovely (apologies for not remembering her name). Well, then there was Manjit, my dentist. WOW! She made me feel at ease, & informed me step by step of everything she was doing, & going to do, going forward with my treatment.
