From start to finish, the experience is always efficient. The receptionists are helpful, organised, and straight to the point. I see Vic, who came highly recommended, and I needed a dentist for both myself and my children—one of whom is particularly nervous after a bad past experience. The atmosphere is always calm and friendly, which makes a huge difference. Vic explains everything clearly, reassures you throughout, listens to patient needs, and adjusts where possible to ensure a positive experience. Ive been a patient here for around 20 yrs, ive had many different dentists, but i find they are all really helpful and informative. Infact all the staff are great from the receptionist's, to the nurses to the dentists themselves. It is the practice that makes the difference, well done all ❤ x
Excellent service ! I would highly recommend. I have known Dr. Vik for a very long time, he has looked after my parents and family. Did an excellent job on my dad’s teeth. Now I currently going for a teeth whitening too!
Big shout out to VIK and his team! Vik himself is very informative to what is going on and the next steps, he listens and gives advice where needed. I feel like he goes the extra mile which is always nice to see in any job position because it shows they actually care about what they are doing. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Overall the practice and their staff are very friendly and helpful.
