I have been a patient here for many years and I have just finished aligner treatment under Dr. Hajra Bhikha. The service here was exceptional. I felt really looked after every step of the way and all the staff at this practice are so kind and helpful. I’m very happy with my results.
Mrs Naidu is at the top of her game. She has the qualifications, the experience, know how and the diagnostic and surgical equipment and team to deliver the best possible outcomes. Moreover, she is a thoroughly decent person who brings a human side to her profession rarely experienced these days. 10/10
We had a great experience here this week. I had to take my two young children (both under 5) for a check up, all staff were very kind and extra helpful. A reception staff member even helped me negotiate the clinic room with my buggy and kept the youngest entertained whilst the older child was seen to which helped immensely. I've always had positive experiences when visiting and so it's highly recommended from me.
Filling replaced today by Dr Anand and assisted by Kay. This was the most relaxed I have ever been at a dental appointment! They explained everything at every stage and ensured I was comfortable throughout and even had some classical music playing in the background to help me relax! I’m a nervous Nellie at the dentist usually but today just felt very calm!! Thanks everyone at Naidu x
