My daughter comes here for her braces. All children seem to be referred here. So it's very busy. We usually have a little wait to be seen, but the last time we were seen on Time. The receptionist are quite helpful and friendly. The orthodontist my daughter sees, Sarah Sands is very jolly and friendly. If you're child is nervous she should set your mind at ease.
Absolutely outstanding experience at Chadwell Heath Orthodontic Practice. The clinic is spotless, modern and very professional. Andreea at reception is truly amazing. She is warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful and makes you feel comfortable straight away. Nothing is too much for her, and she handles everything with such kindness and professionalism. AVOID: This practice is honestly a horrendous place to deal with. Our first visit was in 2022 and the experience has been nothing but frustration and misinformation ever since. There were clear communication failures from the beginning. The orthodontist wrongly claimed my daughter had treatment abroad, which is completely false. We only obtained a second opinion while on holiday. No work was carried out, no procedures, no treatment of any kind.
