My son had his first dental appointment yesterday with Dr Pritvanti Patel and he absolutely loved it. He is a shy boy usually and had only met her once before when he had to join me for an emergency appointment so I was naturally apprehensive but Dr Patel was so clear with her instructions for Owen, her guidance with his teeth being wobbly and just in general having a chat with him and making him feel safe and happy. He now wants to show her his tooth when it falls out! As always, thank you to the reception staff (who I think have been there since before Oak Dental took over) for being so…
