If there’s a zero I would give it!! Doctor zaman kept interrupting me not letting me speak very rude doc no nhs values at all!! Towards the end she goes it’s been half an hour on the phone but she was the one asking me question and I’m only supposed to have 10 mins each are you not supposed to take the medical action then if it goes over 10 mins! Diabolical judging my medical & mental state I’m very well Thankyou and making choices on my behalf disgusting behaviour from a doctor avoid this surgery it doesn’t matter if your a doctor respect is very important! Avoid this surgery at all cost …

My father is 84 years old and his appointment at Croft Shifa was at 4.10pm for a 1-2 hour procedure, I dropped him off and he had to climb a set of stairs, he waited only to be told his appointment had been cancelled, nobody had contacted him. I had come out of work in the traffic to drop him off, I went back to work only to be rang to tell me to go back for him. It’s absolutely disgusting. I was in the car for 1hour 45mins whilst my poor dad was stood waiting.

I am deeply grateful to the service I have received from all the Doctors in particular I would like to mention Dr.Roy & Dr Sharma patiently listen to all my health issues and address me to the right places. Also I huge thanks to all the receptionist also for. they hard work.

I have been taking pills (diazepam) for two weeks because I am afraid of flying and closed and small spaces on an airplane. Finally when I got to Dr Kayania he said that he was also afraid of flying, that he could not prescribe it. Absolutely no willingness to help from this doctor. The best is Dr Khan.
