I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Dr Maria and the orthodontics team at Bamford. I have been seeing the team for my Invisalign treatment and their commitment to perfection has meant that I couldn’t be happier with my finished smile. The team are friendly and professional and it’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients. My treatment has been a long journey, but they’ve been consistent and thoughtful of my needs throughout. The results speak for themselves, and I’m so grateful for the hard work that went into getting here.
What an excellent service from Mark, Lee and the team! I honestly cant speak highly enough of every person i came into contact with. Im a stupidly anxious patient, fell over and damaged my front teeth ( worst nightmare), and was referred by my dentist to the Bamford practice. The support team ( especially Gemma and Gayle) were patient and kind. Kept me informed every step of the way. Mark was super supportive and understanding. Lee was clear and really accommodating of my nervousness. I cant recommend them highly enough.
From the start Mark the dentist was very calm and reassuring and explained everything fully. I had to have a tooth removed but this was almost painless-I’ve had a few teeth removed in the past and this was the least painful by far. A good experience from all the other staff as well. Easy parking right next to practice also helps
I cannot thank mark and his team enough for the treatment I received and the care and compassion that was shown towards me. They are not my usual dentist and I came as a referral having been in agony for months. My procedure was made as pain free as possible. Thankyou you should be very proud of the way you make people feel at ease, especially a nervous first time patient like myself
