I have had great service from this practice. My hygienist appointment with Annie yesterday was excellent and my teeth are noticeably cleaner. She gave great advice and is a friendly too. Many thanks.
Massive thanks to Theodor today; I needed an emergency appointment through 111 due to a couple of broken teeth. He was very friendly, explained the procedure, why it was necessary, and the potential future treatment I'd need. Tooth feels perfectly better, and definitely exceeded my expectations. Receptionist was also very friendly when checking me in. Great experience overall!
My 11 year old came today and was very nervous. She saw Donna who could not have been more accommodating and helpful. She talked her through each step and said she would stop whenever needed. Donna was really friendly and had lots of useful information for her and me. My daughter has left the dentist not feeling traumatised and said she wants to go back and see her again for check ups. So a big thank you to your amazing staff who go above and beyond!!
I had my first appointment at this practice this morning and was most impressed. I got a warm welcome from those on reception, was seen on time and had an excellent session with Kate Knowlson who couldn't have been more helpful and informative. My 6th monthly appt was arranged before I left.I felt I am in very good hands and in the care of professionals who really care about their patients.
