What a brilliant surgery. The reception staff (especially Elyse) were fantastic. I had a Denplan registration issue and it was sorted very quickly. Absolute stars. The Dentist and dental nurse were both friendly and professional. A treatment plan was put together and everything was explained about the treatment package.

Visited today for check-up and hygienist. I am not great at dentists but both Avil and the hygienist were very professional but caring and mindful of my wariness. Put me at my ease and restored my faith. I am not very mobile but all the staff helped me including getting scooter into reception and keeping an eye on me climbing the stairs. Very thoughtful. Not entirely looking forward to my next visit..but will not be worrying so much!

Much better experience than I had expected today with the hygienist especially as I am probably the most nervous patient out there. Nothing was too much trouble allowing short breaks whenever I needed. I wouldn’t say I’m looking forward to going back, who does ?? But I will definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

First visit. Receptionists friendly and efficient. Dentist and assistant made me feel at ease, and very clear discussion about my options. Very good experience for a big decision on major dental treatment.
