Friendly and professional as always with both Bethan and Lynda. Never mind coming to visit whereas on the past at previous surgeries I'd always dreaded it. Always good advice from both bethan and lynda - a pleasant experience and always happy to see them both. They have made such a difference to my teeth and gum health.
Everyone at Hartswood dental practice is kind, professional and friendly. The dentist is gentle, explains everything she is doing and could not be more thoughtful or respectful. It is a dental practice that holds no fears for its clients and I recommend it to everyone.
Very thorough and explained as she went along what was happening. For anyone who doesn’t like going to the dentist, Hartswood is a whole different experience and one not to be afraid of. Friendly and welcoming!
We've been coming here for years. Dr Bethan Hatton treats both me (stupidly sensitive teeth) and my son, who has ASD. She has been fantastic with him, slowly building up his confidence until he was happy to go. A miracle! I would highly recommend to everybody.
