We attended an appointment to consider if private orthodontic treatment for a teenager would be helpful. The dentist we saw advised that treatment would be helpful, but couldn't or wouldn't be specific about what the benefits would actually be. This made it impossible to decide because the benefits and risks were not explained. As a health care professional it is expected that this information is clearly given. We will be consulting elsewhere.

I highly recommend this Practice. Paul and colleagues are very professional. Everything is well explained in terms of procedure and what the procedure does. They are friendly and treat you with dignity whether you are an NHS patient or private. Though we couldn't go ahead with the treatment, I felt that all had been done to examine my children's teeth, at every step i was explained to what was happening and the appropriate decisions had been made for their circumstances.
