Another cancelled appointment, my 3rd appointment that has been cancelled. Today I took time off work for my appointment and I arrived at 08:35 for an 08:40 appointment to be told that the dentist had again not turned up and there were other people in front of me waiting as well, I asked how long the wait was likely to be and was informed that they had no idea. I asked for a refund as you now have to pay upfront, this was problamatic and they tried to fob me off with cash but managed to eventually get refunded back to the card i originally paid on.
First class experience with My Dentist in Redditch. All staff are a pleasure to deal with. Dr Godhania excells in her dental practice and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. I would go so far has to say the best dentist I have ever had in my 60 years of dental treatment and experiences.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Lovely, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. My gum shields are perfect — thank you!
My wife went today for an emergency appointment she only registered yesterday. The dentist she saw seemed very competent and friendly as was the assistant. Will get pics and post more on the next appointment l. So far very happy with how fast I was seen and the service I got
