If it let me I would -5 stars. Avoid this dentist at all costs, even if it’s the only option you’ve had in years. I’ve been a patient here for nearly 18 months and have yet to have any reasonable work done to my mouth despite attending the dentist 6 times. The only work I’ve had was a referred to another dentist who charged me extra for the procedure and the pleasure of being stabbed me in the face below my eye with a hypodermic needle when trying to numb my mouth. I have had a lot of dental treatment this year. Some issues were urgent due to having an abcess. The treatment I've received from Mrs Mestry and the other dentists at the practice, together with the caring dental nurses, has been brilliant. Very informative, helped me understand the treatment plan, and helped me through any nerves I was experiencing. The team on the desk have always been lovely, polite and very helpful. We went along to the Churchhill Dental surgery yesterday to see if we could join their NHS service, the staff were friendly and welcoming, we filled in the relevant forms and we given our first check up today. Every time I come here one of the managers always is being rude to the receptionist in front of other patients. I didn’t get and email saying my appointment is cancelled I ended up coming in. I understand these things happen but the manager found out and started to shout at the receptionist I think mistakes happen and I had no problem rebooking my appointment but speaking to people rudely is not acceptable especially in front of patients.
