I'm scared of dental work, so I was extremely nervous about having a root canal procedure, but Vik and Serina were really reassuring and gentle. Vik explained why it was necessary, and what the possible outcomes might be. They kept me informed at each step, and did everything possible to make me comfortable. The end result seems good, and if I ever have to have something like this done again, I will definitely want to go back to them.
James did an excellent job! Have always been pleased with the standard of service received both by him, the hygenist and reception staff. Would highly recommend.
It's daunting when joining a new dental practice as the relationship between a patient & dentist is based on trust. Zac & his team at Wood Lane Dentistry made me feel very welcome & safe in their hands. Everything was explained to me fully & I am actually looking forward to further appointments.
I can't rate this dentist more highly. I am under the care of James. The whole practice runs in a very efficient and professional manner. I recently needed to attend due to emergency dental treatment and they were able to fit me in quickly.
