I had a great experience at Theale Dental. Jas took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The check-up was very thorough, and I appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable Jas was. The whole team was friendly and professional. I needed to find a dentist after moving home and was suffering from a wobbly and increasingly painful tooth. Going to the dentist is not usually an easy experience for me as I have considerable anxiety when I need to go but a neighbour recommended Theale Dental Surgery so I booked a consultation this week. I had my 1st appointment with this practise 2 weeks ago, my 2nd was yesterday, both being emergency appointments. I spoke to 2 fantastic ladies, who made sure to fit me in as soon as they could on both days. Everyone was just so lovely and helpful, you can really feel that they care about everyone that walks through the door! Dr. Jasdeep was very calming and thorough when explaining what he would need to do and made sure I understood everything before he started as well as during the treatment. I had my first appointment today. Quite simply the best dental experience that I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and I felt respected from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment for the next day when I phoned them. The cost was very reasonable. And my treatment was done within one appointment, An amazing experience.
