My daughter Iphigenia had an excellent experience at The Elms Dental Practice today. Everyone was very kind, patient and professional. They made her feel calm and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Although Tracy was not there today, the other girls, Dr Umar Asghar and nurse Mananna were all wonderful and very caring. I am very grateful for the way they treated my daughter. We feel lucky to have found such a lovely dental practice. Highly recommended, especially for children.
I recently had a double tooth extraction. Dr Bilawal firdaus explained everything to me clearly and we soon had both teeth out. Amazing job. No issues. Thank you very much. See you next time hopefully not too soon...
I had a very positive experience during my appointment with Nilam. From the moment the appointment started, she took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. She was very thorough and checked carefully for any sensitivity, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I also really appreciated the helpful advice she gave me. Overall, it was a professional and reassuring visit - I couldn’t have asked for better care. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing time with dr umar , he’s very kind and understanding of my needs , I am an anxious person when it comes to anything dentist related but there was nothing to worry about. From beginning to end I felt reassured and comfortable especially when being numbed I felt no pain at all. I will definitely continue to go there for future appointments. Everyone in the surgery was amazing and kind and helpful. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
