The communication was very clear and they were both incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the whole process. After my son had a terrible accident and lost part of his front tooth, we were understandably very upset. Dr Babuta was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She went above and beyond to fit him in quickly, knowing how uncomfortable and self-conscious he felt about the way his tooth looked. She was kind, reassuring, and incredibly professional. I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The receptionist repeatedly asked for my name over the phone, and when I raised my voice slightly so she could hear me better, she began shouting at me not to shout — which was unnecessary and unpleasant. When I arrived, the dentist appeared uninterested in helping and showed little empathy, even though I was in severe pain from an infected wisdom tooth. I was sent to Pure Smile Reading from a sister branch due to a nightmare of inadequate treatments. This branch has restored my confidence. I can not speak more highly of Imran. Very kind and professional. He thoroughly explained my treatment in a way in which i could understand and felt very relaxed and reassured throughout my 3 stage root canal treatment with him.
