Oaktree Dental Mortimer

I have used Oaktree for many years now with complete satisfaction. The reception staff are always charming and helpful, in person or on the phone. Dr. Nikhil Shah is my dentist and has always explained necessary treatments fully before carrying them out, pain free! Recently I had to see him concerning a fall I had which resulted in me losing a tooth and a crown. I was so impressed with the time he took examining the problem and then talking through various options. No one really likes going to the dentist but this practice puts one at ease. I have complete confidence in them.

Great pleasant staff, I was seen promptly on time. The dentist explained the procedure that he will do. I was put at ease by the nurse and dentist carried out his procedure without any pain or discomfort. I was given detailed verbal instructions to do the aftercare and also a leaflet to remind me of the instructions. Amazing team at the surgery. Many thanks

I had to have an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and this was organized for the day after I phoned. This followed a visit to the hygienist the day before. I have been attending the dentists and hygienist at this practice for many years and have always found all the staff extremely helpful and welcoming. I could not wish for a better team.

Phoned in the morning for emergency treatment for cracked tooth and was seen in the afternoon for temporary repair. Will see my dentist next Friday to discuss future treatment. Very pleased and they’re always helpful and flexible with appointments.
