Connaught House Dental Practice

I phoned for an emergency appointment this morning at 9am, the receptionist was lovely and extremely helpful. She explained that it would be a sit & wait appointment, I arrived just after 10, was seen within a few minutes by Dr Perers, assessed, given a temporary filling, a further appointment in New Year and was back home before 10.30!!!! Thank you all so much for this brilliant service, this is the NHS at it’s very best ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

I have had reason to make 2 appointments recently, and have needed surgery on both occasions. The dentist Mr Lee is was very thorough in assessing the treatment that I needed, and explains at every stage what he is doing, so no nasty surprises. The standard and finish of work that he did for me was exceptional, I really feel like my dental health is now better than it has been for a very long time. Thank you Mr Lee.

I had an appointment with Sophia Zaidi and her assistant Kirsty field. I was nervous about going to the dentist as it was my first time getting a filling and I wasn’t sure what to expect as my gums where bleeding for months however they both made me feel very relaxed and at ease. Sophia provided me with all the information I needed with aftercare and further treatments, they both reassured me confidently not to worry about my teeth. Thankfully after my first check up with them the bleeding stopped and now after my filling I’m very happy with the results. Definitely going to stay. I will not…

The NHS dentist is very good and friendly. However, receptionist is very abrupt and rude with a lack of manners or empathy for patients. The approach of the receptionist unfortunately makes the overall experience of this practice poor in my opinion.
