So grateful to have been given an emergency appointment there. Lovely supportive staff who dealt with my immediate issue efficiently. A comprehensive treatment plan was scheduled. Now the pain has gone I'm much more comfortable. Very Many Thanks.
1st class service from start to finish! This is not my usual dental practice and I needed an emergency appointment. They could not have been more helpful and reassuring. I had a tooth extracted (totally pain free). Thank you to the lovely lady on reception and to Rhys Tudor Owen.
I, like many others, have always been an anxious patient, but after being treated by Caron at Penlan, I am much more confident! She and her dental nurses, are so kind and make me feel so comfortable. I am now able to get everything done that I need without worry! Everyone at Penlan is lovely - both reception staff and dental staff. I couldn't recommend Penlan more!
Very friendly. Excellent care. My first filling in about 30 years. Deep and close to the nerve. Pain free during and since! It feels like a much more personal service than I've had with previous dentists.
