Originally visited felicity with severe tooth pain as I went to a previous dentist prior and had no luck to resolving the issue. As soon as I visited felicity, she knew what the diagnosis was and what needed to be done over a course of time. Her treatment is very very smooth, talks you through the procedure and most importantly cares about the patient. I really like how felicity conducts the procedure and totally recommend! Zaneev, incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the process of having to remove a tooth. Everything was explained thoroughly and Felicity Murray, my main dentist, also explained everything thoroughly so I understood all that was necessary. Hayley, who assisted in the process was very kind throughout. I would recommend this team anytime.
Having had a fair amount of work done over the past few years I have been extremely pleased with the treatment and advice that Felicity has given me. I have had no problems after she has done the work and would be more than happy to recommend the Purley Dental Practice to anyone else. The massive car park compared with most Dentists, Doctors Surgeries and Vets is an added bonus. Malcolm Grace.
I have been a patient at the Purley Dental Practice for many years now. Although I was a little concerned when the original practice owner retired, I have to say I have been so impressed in my dealings with Felicity. Very professional and very personable. I would thoroughly recommend.
