The dentists here are lovely and professional. Front desk/receptionist in an incredibly rude and dismissive lady. This is both over the phone and in person. Honestly, it feels like she goes out of her way to be unpleasant for no reason.

I always had good experiences here in UK with health places but this specific place is the worst I have been. They scheduled me and my son for the same day. He is a toddler and he was completely fine with the previous dentist but this time (probably he felt the bad energy of the dentist lady and her assistant) and he was very unsettle. Both they been very disrespectful doing some comments if he is always like this and saying that he is very attached to me which both things are not their business.
