I've been attending Vici Dental in Pudsey for over a year now under the care of Dr.Paul. Firstly, I experience anxiety with regards going to the dentist and always, prior to my appointment,have dreams that all my teeth are going to be pulled out. I booked an appointment to get my teeth straighten and whitening. There was a refundable deposit once you come in. I booked it. Once they checked over my teeth they said I needed a filling. They gave me a filling this costed around 900 pounds for 1 tooth needed filling. They said they would do this for around 600 pounds. They then charged me 900 pounds. Over charged me by mistake. Also the filling was done wrong it was too high. And I couldn't bite or eat because only that 1 tooth touched. They couldn't see me for 2 days. They then saw me. And fixed the filling.
