The Cedars Dental Practice

I have been a patient at the cedars practice since a little girl. Whilst there has been quite a lot of disruptions recently with dentist retiring and change of dentists. Catherine copes wonderfully with this and is always helpful under stressful times. I now have Ahmed as my dentist and he is very friendly and professional.

I've been going to this practice for around 15 years and can't complain. Even though the practice is extremely busy, you still feel well taken care of. Harry, and the reception staff are efficient and kind. I look forward to my son having his first check up there next year.

I would never give a business a bad review as I know the impact this can have. However, I have now had so many bad experiences recently that I feel compelled to review the poor service. The dentists now seem to change weekly, one absolutely butchered my gums for a hygienist visit, she wasn’t even looking, it caused me pain and sensitivity for so many months. Since then I’ve been treated so badly on so many occasions. Some don’t seem to think there’s a person attached to the teeth. It’s getting worse by the day now and I now dread going. My mother who is suffering from cancer has been with this practice for many years but the way she was treated by a certain receptionist today was horrible , no empathy and also talking about her to other staff where one of my family members who was with my mother at the time heard every word I find outrageous. Think cedars dental practice are very good but might need to send certain staff on a course on how to treat patients with more empathy and respect .
