I saw Raees and Sarah today for my fist treatment with this practice. In the past I have had some questionable dentists who did work on my teeth without freezing them, so going to the dentist can be a bit scary for me. However they was so nice and reassuring and I didn't feel a thing. They were both so welcoming and kind and just really really nice people and put me totally at ease. I am so happy to have found such a fabulous dental practice! Lucky me!
Mariam and Izzy have treated both my wife and myself today, and we couldn't be more happy with their service, attention to detail and thorough professionalism. All demonstrated with calmness, good humour and kindness. After a previous visit, after an extraction, Mariam even phoned me at home to check up on me, before she left surgery for the evening. That is what I call 'above and beyond' customer service!!
My client had an appointment with the dentist and she couldn't have been happier. From the minute you step through the doors, the lovely ladies at reception, were warm and welcoming. The dentist did am excellent job and my client left the practice, pain free. Thank you.
Phil and Elisha (and their dental nurses) are very professional whilst being friendly and approachable. They have a wealth of experience and it shows. Highly recommend them and the whole practice.
