Cannot praise Dr Sharma, Carol and all the staff enough. Having not been to the dentist for some time I was extremely worried and nervous. Dr Sharma was calm and very reassuring and put me totally at ease, explaining everything that needed doing and setting it all out clearly on my treatment plan. Although I need a lot of work doing I feel totally confident in Dr Sharma and can totally recommend this practice.

Excellent, professional service from start to finish for my dental treatment. The team are consistently kind, attentive, and very understanding of individual patient needs especially Carol. I have a significant fear of dentists and experience severe anxiety in the chair; however, the dentist, Dr Sharma recognised this immediately without me needing to say anything and offered calm reassurance throughout the appointment. This made a huge difference and helped me feel safe, supported, and at ease. I’m truly grateful for such compassionate care and would highly recommend this practice. 😊

We had a great experience at Dental Surgery with my son, Hamzah Munshi. The staff were kind, patient, and very reassuring, which really helped put him at ease. Very Disappointed I arrived at 13:40, 20 mins early for my appointment. None spoke to me for around 15 mins. I was then handed a tablet to input my info. Waited another 10 mins to be told the dentist was not even at the practice and he would be due back in maybe 10 mins. I was also informed my appointment was double booked and was I okay waiting until the other person was seen as she turned up earlier.
