Absolutely amazing from beginning to end! 10/10 Charles was my dental practitioner, his assistant I can’t remember her name but she was absolutely amazing, talking me through my breathing reminding to relax and that it was all going to be Ok, Charles was gentle and let everything be at my pace, didn’t push me to do anything I was uncomfortable with. I have had previous bad experiences with dental treatment but this visit has made me at ease and reminded me it’s not bad forever! THANK YOU BOTH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART YOU WAS BOTH AMAZING 🤍
A brilliant service from the minute we pulled into the car park not stressing over parking brought my daughter the receptionist Sue was lovely and the Dentist when she went in they were brilliant with her. Definitely deserves five stars if not more. it’s always lovely to come to places, wear you feel safe and looked after especially when you’re in a lot of pain and it definitely needs to mention
Amazing service from the moment I walked in. An emergency appointment on Christmas Eve following a broken tooth extraction. They were able to fit me in at 8pm for an extraction. I’ve had negative experience's before which I mentioned to the dentist. I cannot remember his name unfortunately. He was very polite, reassuring and helpful. My teeth are in a bad way due to a previous health condition and he Didn't comment on it once. I asked him to look at another tooth that was causing pain and he has given me good advice until I can book in with my own dentist. The extraction process was very si…
Had a last minute emergency appointment. Friendly as soon as I walked in. Explained everything clearly. Very informative. The first numbing injections where I felt nothing not even a sting. Removed my tooth efficiently. Such a positive place and mindset all round. Thankyou !!
