Advise treatment on an NHS basis then pull the rug at the last minute and try to make you pay privately. Dentist passes the book to the manager and the manager passes it back. 0 accountability and when you try to hold them accountable they put the phone down in a huff. Avoid at all costs, even if you cant get an NHS dentist.
I visited my dentist Garstang today for the first time. As many people who visit dentists it’s always a nervous experience. On arrival the reception staff were very pleasant and friendly. David the dentist I saw was really good making my experience very relaxing. Communication with this practice is very good. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The dentist did a 1st class job on a broken tooth. An excellent all round service
As for many people, I’m not a fan of the dentists. However, the service and care I have experienced from Konstantinos, and both the dental reception team and the nurses has been second to none .. indeed it has completely changed my outlook about going to the dentist. They are all extremely competent, professional and really friendly. Konstantinos has been a god send to me over the past few years, referring me on and advising & treating as needed. I feel extremely confident in his ability & care, and am so thankful he’s my dentist .
