Fulwood Dental Aesthetic and Implant Centre

My back molar tooth completely cracked off, the filling came out and left the nerve exposed, it was agony! My dentist couldn’t do the removal so referred me to a dentist I didn’t know. They said it might take up to 3 months! After a lot of ringing round etc, a friend directed me to Smart Dental Care, Aesthetics & Implant Centre, Garstang Road, Preston PR2 9QB. Thank God, they were so kind and helpful, I was seen the next day by Dr Laksh Padala. What an amazing, caring man, he successfully removed of the tooth. I have moved over to this surgery. absolutely superb!

I honestly cannot thank Fulwood Dental enough. After years of struggling to get proper dental care, they have taken me on and have been amazing from the start. I had an exceptional experience at this dental practice from start to finish. The reception team were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. My dentist (Ahmed) was outstanding, professional, gentle, and highly knowledgeable. After searching for so long and feeling really worried about my tooth, I was so lucky to find Dr. Ahmed and his assistant. I came in with a terrible pain, and I honestly can’t thank them enough. Dr. Ahmed is skilled, calm, and really such a kind person . His assistant,she is amazing ,so gentle, polite, and quietly caring.
