We had such a lovely experience with Dr Ahmed Khairy today! He was incredibly kind, patient, and cooperative throughout the whole visit. My kids (aged 5 and 9) usually get quite nervous at the dentist, but this time they didn’t cry at all, in fact, they came out smiling holding nice balloons ! His gentle manner and friendly approach made them feel completely at ease. We’re so grateful for his professionalism and kindness.

I visited Smart Deepdale Dental Practice today, and my experience was excellent. The doctor was amazing—very friendly, polite, and professional. The injection was completely painless, and the dentist explained every step clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. The filling was done gently with no pain or stinging at all. I am extremely happy with the treatment and grateful for the care I received. Thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome. There was a slightly long wait this time, but overall the service was very good. Highly recommended!

My mum was in absolute agony with tooth pain, so I rushed her to the dentist — only to realise I’d accidentally booked the appointment for the wrong date… and it was still 15 days away! Despite my mistake, the team were incredible. They saw her immediately, treated her there and then, and completely sorted the problem.
