Bupa Dental Care Garstang

Practise has gone downhill. The dentist doesn’t want to do any work unless you’ve had a checkup in the last 6 months. Paid for a checkup to then ask for a retainer appointment to be told I need to pay for another checkup (had one 6 months ago) and have visited their hygienist since (who I am also a regular with) The only reason I’ve had to wait 6 months for this appointment because they booked me in for a new retainer previously but I was 5 minutes late and John Herring couldn’t see me. Service was quick and friendly. Elisha and assistant were skilled, informative and reasuring, making for a comfortable experience and great result.

After suffering for two days and nights with awful toothache the brilliant staff at BUPA Dentist Garstang booked me in for an emergency appointment and Karen and her staff sorted out my troublesome wisdom tooth which didn’t want to come out!! With perseverance and skill they managed a great job!! Thank you. Xx
