So far the Physiotherapist Christina has made me feel so unwelcome that I want to stop treatment. She asks for the history of my injury at every appointment which is re-traumatising, I'm unsure why when there is a record of my history and referral. There is also a lack of empathy and even some eye rolling. She looks at her laptop when speaking to me which I find unprofessional and inpersonal. There's no eye contact. This clinic is a peaceful option for a blood test; the place is calm, traditional and easy to navigate, I feel lucky to have this option, instead of the anxiety ridden busy doctors surgery - however, the phlebotomist is a bit abrupt, cold and lacking in patient skills.

After being a patient here for about 5+ years I waited 2 months for an appointment only to sit in the chair (with raging toothache) and be lectured by a "new" dentist who said I no longer fit there requirements! WHAT!!! Apparently I no longer have bi-polar and a fear of dentists and didn't need treatment and could go home and find somewhere else? Hmmm so you diagnosed me sat in that chair did you? I think I will now take legal action against you considering you have been rude enough not to get back to me.
