Came for a blood test. 1 hour wait from in afternoon. They do stop the tickets when they're very full. Very busy as expected. Take a ticket number(no ticket ask reception) sit àt seats nearest the entry door, no need to book in, room is on right side. Seats are comfortable enough, but it can get stuffy as they are very full. Large carpark at the back of surgery. Toilets inside. Helpful and friendly staff work here.

I don't normally do reviews but today I went for a blood test and arrived at 10.55 there was a women sat at the ticket dispenser she pulled a ticket and looked me up and down as if I had come off the bottom of her shoe. She then proceeded to look at the clock and so did I hence thats how I knew it was 10.55 and I said it was open till 11.30 and she said we are busy. The thing is this second attempt at getting a blood test so that I can improve my health. This women made me feel like dirt I'm just working hard person trying to get through life. Went to the blood clinic and a senior nurse collected my blood. She was the best, I could not feel anything and she managed from the first attempt. Usually nurses struggle 5 times on average to collect my blood. Make sure you arrive at the clinic 20 min before opening time to secure a spot as numbers are limited.

I'm giving a five star review due to the nurse who did my bloods today. The way the clinic is run is an absolute shambles. We all had to wait outside then pick up a ticket and wait for your number. I've never been a fan of bingo because I always loose and today was no different! 90 minutes wait. Really do feel sorry for the nurse who was ace and alone. It's run really really really badly though.
