Had appt today with Charis. First time with her and she was amazing. Helped fix my retainer and was very careful and gentle. Very pleasant and friendly. Look forward to having my dental appointments with her.

New to the area and first appointment was an emergency one. A great experience from start to finish. Emma & Kelsie couldn't have been more assuring and really made me feel at ease as a nervous patient. Millie on reception helped me get registered and was great in organising my future bookings. Excellent car park with sufficient spaces and comfortable waiting room. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing. Right from when you first walk in the receptionists are always so welcoming and helpful really makes the atmosphere and experience all that much better and my dentist Dr Shih -Wen Lee Wenny has been absolutely amazing with the treatment that needed done usually hate the dentist but she and all the staff made it so much better.

Friendly staff, luxury facilities and you always feel like you are a private patient even if you are an NHS patient, treated with lots of time, respect and clear explanations on what is happening. Also the only dentist I have ever been to that has a TV in the ceiling to distract you from any work going on. They also offer far more than dental work now which is good for those wishing to indulge in cosmetic procedures with professionals.
