Fortuneswell Dental Practice

You're told you can only call at 09:00 on a Thursday to book an appointment. However, as everyone has been given the same instruction, it’s impossible to get through. I called 15 times this morning and the line was constantly engaged every single time. This could be managed so much better. Extremely poor service, this dental practice is not fit for purpose.

I've always had great expiriances coming to this surgery and made to feel at ease. As much as I dislike visiting a dentist! The Dentists, assistants and clerks have always been polite, patient and thorough. Highly reccomend!

I was in the chair for 2 hours 20 minutes as I had a big problem with them getting my roots out they eventually cut my gum then stitched it up, I have nothing but praise for them they let me know everything they were doing so professional I should also add I never felt a thing

Brilliant practice . Great dentist. Would recommend to everyone
