My first visit to West End Dental in Porthmadog was a comfortable and reassuring experience. Having been nervous about dentists for most of my life I was made at ease from the minute I walked through the door. My initial appointment was a free consultation and very thorough indeed. I had 3 x-rays and ample time to talk to the dentist, Alison Kime, who was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about my dental needs. I was not pushed into having treatment I didn’t want or need and the sign up process was not at all arduous. When I left, the efficient and friendly receptionist already had…
My first appointment at West End Dental was for a hygienist visit and a check‑up. The treatment was thorough, and the service warm and friendly throughout. A special shout out to the lovely receptionist, who made the experience even better.
All staff have been very thoughtful and kind. I have known my practising dentist , Mrs Kime for many many years so it is so lovely still to be one of her patients. Again thank you all for your kind help. Kindest regards John Dodshon
Am always impressed with dentist Alison Kime’s skill and manner. Reception staff are polite, friendly, efficient and professional. I do miss the days of free NHS dental care or even comprehensive Denplan coverage.
