Baglan Dental Practice

I visited as an emergency nhs patient. Don't normally mention that but, the treatment by my own NHS dentist has been questionable at best, of late. I had a complex and lengthy history to explain, and it comes out, not necessarily in linear fashion, they listened, and took an xray, then took another to cover the whole set of teeth. I have osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, I've been misdiagnosed for years. I've been treated as if I lack capacity, an insult, two very lovely ladies assured me I don't. Which I don't hear lately, I appreciated the time they took to listen. After not being listened…

First time at this dentist today to have my wisdom tooth out, heard lots of lovely reviews, got to be honest it's the best dentist I've been too. Professional, staff are kind and caring, let's be honest nobody likes the dentist but they made me feel so much more at ease, I will be going back in future for treatments.

I cannot fault the staff at Baglan Dental Practice. The receptionists were friendly, helpful and professional. I had to have a filling and I was a little bit nervous. Claire and Sam put me at ease from the off, making sure I was ok and talking me through each step at a time. They even managed to make me laugh a few times! Love my dental practice and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else ⭐️

I was sent here as an emergency appointment due to a cracked tooth. My regular dentist failed to diagnose the problem which led to me suffering severe pain and needing this emergency appointment. The dentist was very quick and efficient in finding the issue and said that sadly the tooth was too far gone and I had to have it out there and then. The procedure was quick and the dentist very patient with me as I was very nervous. I can't fault anyone there and appreciate them for getting me out of pain.
