I cannot believe how these dentists have managed to make my experiences at a dentist pleasant! I have been seen by three dentists now, and all of them were genuinely friendly and professionally thorough. I'm really impressed.
A big thank you to Ronan and the team at Sparkle Dental Centre in Pontypool. Appointments were always on time and fully explained from start to finish. A breakdown of costs was supplied and plenty of chance to ask questions. Nothing was a problem. If there were any adjustments to be made during the treatment process Ronan and the team made no hesitation to accommodate these quickly and efficiently. Very professional care. Highly recommended. I am really anxious about dentists but it was great. Everyone was lovely. I was put at ease, treated really well, and this was the most thorough check up I've ever had as well.
I got sent to sparkle dentist after phoning the emergency helpline, they were very polite and professional and deal with my problem straight away. If they were taking on new NHS patients, I would not hesitate to register with them , they gave me a 5 star service.and more to the point, a pain free sleep tonight. Thank you very much sparkle dentist.
