Not usually the type to leave reviews but this is something people need to know if they’ve been referred here or are willing to pay. This practice doesn’t do coloured power chains only coloured individuals which are at the start of the treatment. This is a massive issue, it’s extremely difficult to go from appointment to appointment without staining the chains yellow and has a massive knock on my confidence. Can’t be expressive at all, but even just black ones would’ve sufficed but no, only clear ones.

My son’s bracket came off on Thursday, but, despite the fact this isn’t necessarily classed as an emergency they managed to give him an emergency slot at 14:00 on the same day, as we were flying out of the country on Monday. Ever so grateful, excellent service. 👍

Can't find fault in any of the treatment my daughter has received over the past 2 years, so pleased with the finished result after having her fixed brace removed. Efficient, professional friendly staff from the reception to the nurses and orthodontists, always explaining the process and answering any questions we had.
