Sarah on Reception is always very polite and welcoming. It was the first time meeting the Hygienist who was so pleasant, calm and professional. I believe her name was Erilda or something very similar? She went through the correct cleaning and flossing procedure and took great care, cleaning and flossing my teeth, explaining throughout, each stage of the process. Her Dental assistant was very pleasant too.
I’ve had such consistently brilliant experiences at Polegate Dental Practice that I genuinely look forward to my visits every six months. The level of care here is on another level; professional, friendly, and delivered by a team who clearly love what they do. Fareeha & Erilda, the hygienists, are absolute gems. They always take their time, explain everything clearly, and my teeth have never felt cleaner. I cannot rate this practice and the team enough! I started Invisalign back in May with Dr. M Tahir Khokhar, I was supported the whole way through the journey, all my questions were answered thoroughly and I was provided with regular checks throughout the process. The process of straightening my teeth was straight forward, quick and they came out perfectly! Unfortunately although our dentist was supportive at the time, we were unhappy with our plate quality, presentation and general aftercare. We paid for private dentistry but the quality of both plates was poor and within 5 months no longer fitted. I returned at least twice post fitting to attempt a better fit however I was still unhappy. Since then I have a new plate fitted elsewhere .The plate is much better looking and astheticaIly more suited to my face and jaw line.
