Oradent Hatch End

Decided to move to Oradent, after receiving extremely mediocre care from my previous dental practice, where I’d been a patient for forty years. Initial impressions were very favourable. Bright, modern dental practice, located on the High Street. The Staff were friendly and welcoming. Nikita, my hygienist/ dentist introduced herself when I arrived. She reviewed my medical history and previous dental treatments and explained clearly what she would be doing. I can’t praise Dr Sagoo enough she is absolutely amazing. She was kind, reassuring, and incredibly professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cared about my comfort, which made a huge difference to my experience. The practice itself is also spotlessly clean, modern, and very well maintained. You can immediately tell that high standards are a priority. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. I have seen Dr Rushil for both myself and my daughter, and I can honestly say he is amazing. He was incredibly gentle and patient with my 10-year-old daughter, who was quite nervous about having a dental filling. He took the time to reassure her and made the whole experience calm and comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for dental treatment. He is truly excellent at what he does.

Starting with making appointment and constantly reminding of the appointment is commendable. On the appointment Dr.Russell would discuss overall health and would ask if any concerns. He would then start the treatment and again making sure no complications arise. Once treatment concludes discusses for on going arrangements with future references on treatment to be carried out going forward. Excellent service and sound advice.!
